The hotel staff is friendly and full of knowledge and ready to assist you with any question and need that may arise. They will be happy to recommend you attractions, tours and restaurants – and there are many of these around. If you want tickets for shows or activities – they will do the hard work for you and you will just have to come and enjoy.
The hotel itself is located in one of the narrow and magical streets of Venice, inside a traditional Venetian building. It adds a lot to the charm of the vacation, but it means that in this beautiful building – 3 stories high – there is no elevator.
The 32 rooms in the hotel continue the traditional Venetian line in terms of colors, furniture and fabrics. The rooms are not large, but they are air-conditioned, they have a TV, a mini-bar, a safe, a shower equipped with towels and a hair dryer and attached toilets. Some rooms also have a balcony.
The hotel has rooms suitable for families and – although there is no elevator in the building – the hotel has accessible rooms suitable for guests with disabilities that also include toilets with an emergency button.
Every morning guests are served a breakfast included in the price, in case you want to fill your stomach before you go on a journey in Venice. You can find a wide variety of cakes and pastries and the guests can prepare the eggs for themselves – so that the omelette or scrambled eggs come out exactly as they like. If you were too lazy to get up, the staff will serve your meal to your room. The breakfast receives a very high rating from hotel guests.
The hotel’s wireless internet access is free for guests and is available both in the rooms and in the public areas.
The reception at the hotel operates 24 hours a day and if you are checking out but your flight leaves only late in the evening, the hotel will gladly store your luggage until you leave for the airport.
